If a document is issued in Russia and you need it to be translated and certifed by a notary (translation from Russian language into a foreign language), you need to bring the original document or its notarized copy to the translation bureau – the translation will be filed to it. A simple copy or a scan of a document are not enough in this case – a notary might not certify the translation in this case.
A notarized certification of a translation is possible only in case a document is issued in a foreign country (meaniong that a document must be in a foreign language – i.e. foreign passports, certificates of birth, various references, signed contracts and agreements, etc.
